LIGHT SOURCE?! HELLBOY DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' LIGHT SOURCE.
There's a lot wrong with this, but I figured I'd post it anyway. XD That big hand kind of threw me off on proportions because I was more interested in IT, than everything else. Until it came to shading. Where I just scribbled all over everything before bed. I don't draw enough Hellboy, I picked up my first couple of Hellboy comics today and Duncan Fegredo has been added to my list of favorite visual storytellers. Hellboy: Darkness Calls was a good read. Seriously.. I actually enjoy these comic books more than Batman. (Gasp!) Although, I'm such a big fan of Batman because of the TAS cartoons, not necessarily the books. I think things have swapped around with Hellboy, I enjoyed the comics a lot. (I like the movie too!) but the comics win, hands down. I'm not sure if I'll keep this in my main gallery and may move it on to scraps later. This is as finished as it will probably get. (I'll submit something inked or colored eventually, swear!) |
