Colors: I love the colors that you've chosen for the characters and the environment. The green tones give the painting a very dream-like quality. The color of your lightsource is a bit ambiguous, especially on the Hhoota himself. It's a bluish-greenish color on the walls and the boy, but a pure-white light on the Hhoota. Hhoota is grey, so he should be taking on some of the colors of what is around him, as well as the color of the lightsource. Don't be afraid of giving him other colors, you won't lose the grey.
Composition: Excellent. The characters are well positioned to each other, the cave, and the canvas.
Perspective: Hhoota fits into this environment very well. Leo a little less so. Where his feet and leg (and tail) meet the ground, he is at a slightly different perspective than the ground. This gives a bit of a feeling like he's sunk into the ground, especially on his left foot.
Anatomy: Going along with the above comment is also the general anatomy of Leo's legs. His right lower leg is a bit shorter than his left lower leg. I really like how the body is twisted and the tail is wrapped, however, as that gives emotion and feeling to a character whose face we do not see.
Details: I actually really like the glowing footprints. They're the exact detail you needed there. The tiny plant under Hhoota's foot is quite charming as well.
Overall, this is a lovely work. If this were the cover of a comicbook or a graphic novel, it would catch my attention on the store shelf.
