Nrrrgh my head is pounding. I don't know what made me think staying up tot color this was a good idea, but I so wanted it done.
I can't really call this a character sheet. I just needed a point of reference for future Wenler art and commission reference for future commissions. I also felt compelled to work on his color scheme.
I think I'm satisfied with it so far. I realize his head is a bit unfroglike but I'm content with how it is for now.
made the suggestion of giving him a music case after I added the musical note to his scarf (he's always looked very jazzy to me). I couldn't decide what kind of instrument he'd carry, so he's become a bit of a musical jack of all trades. It might be trumpet, it might be a banjo, it might be a flute, or it might be a semi-automatic. I guess it depends on his mood. XD
I've had several people ask me if this is because of The Princess and the Frog and to that I say yes, in part, but honestly? I see more Batman TAS influence in this than anything else. It's got some of my favorite things from the series plastered all over it and Wenler seems to have even acquired a 'theme'.
Now I'm gonna go sleep. Because I feel like someone backed over my head with an eighteen wheeler.
